摘要

对当前化工厂工业废水的来源、特性进行分析,将煤化工废水划分为有机废水和含盐废水两类.针对含盐废水,依据含盐量的不同,可采用"预处理+双膜法"处理工艺、"预处理+膜浓缩"处理工艺和"自然/机械蒸发"处理工艺.对于有机废水,可采用"预处理+生化处理+深化处理"相结合处理工艺.依据煤化工废水的不同特性,通过采取相应的废水解决处理对策,实现了对煤化工废水的高效节能处理.

Abstract

This article analyzes the sources and characteristics of industrial wastewater in current chemical plants,and divides coal chemical wastewater into two categories:organic waste water and saline wastewater.For saline wastewater,depending on the different salt content,"pretreatment+double membrane method"treatment process,"pretreatment+membrane concentration"treatment process,and"natural/mechanical evaporation"treatment process can be adopted.For organic wastewater,a combined treatment process of"pretreatment+biochemical treatment+deepening treatment"can be adopted.Based on the different characteristics of coal chemical wastewater,corresponding wastewater treatment strategies have been adopted to achieve efficient and energy-saving treatment of coal chemical wastewater.
