生物质基高密度碳氢燃料制备研究

生物质基高密度航空航天燃料对保障国家能源安全具有重要意义.本文采用Ru/HZSM-5 双功能催化剂,以愈创木酚为模型化合物,进行加氢脱氧反应制备环烷烃.考察了反应时间、温度和沸石分子筛载体酸性对反应的影响.证明了适宜反应条件为HZSM-5 Si/Al比为 50,反应时间为2h和反应温度为 230℃.愈创木酚加氢脱氧反应转化率超过 99%,环烷烃选择性为99.2%.
Research on the Preparation of High-density Hydrocarbon Fuels Based on Biomass
Biomass based high-density aerospace fuels are of great significance for ensuring national energy security.This article uses Ru/HZSM-5 bifunctional catalyst and guaiacol as the model compound to prepare cycloalkanes through hydrogenation deoxygenation reaction.The effects of reaction time,temperature,and acidity of zeolite molecular sieve carrier on the reaction were investigated.It has been proven that the suitable reaction conditions are HZSM-5 Si/Al value of 50,reaction time of 2 hours,and reaction temperature of 230℃.The conversion rate of guaiacol hydrogenation deoxygenation reaction exceeds 99%,and the selectivity for cycloalkanes is 99.2%.
