Analysis of the Influence of Reaction Temperature and Drying Method on Catalyst in Hydrothermal Synthesis of Propane
In this paper,Mo-V-Te based catalysts are introduced and the properties of catalysts prepared by different methods are compared. In the experimental temperature range, hydrothermal synthesis temperature has little effect on the catalyst. The effect of reaction temperature on catalyst is obvious, and the catalytic effect is the best at 450℃.Both microwave drying and conventional drying have effects on the conversion of propane, but the difference is not significant.High selectivity of acrolein can be obtained by conventional drying method.Microwave drying method has great influence on the selectivity of acrylic acid and inhibits the formation of COX byproduct. With the increase of Ce content, the conversion of propane and the selectivity of acrylic acid increased obviously, but the selectivity of acrolein decreased. The specific surface area and crystal phase structure of the catalyst were characterized by BET and XRD.In the synthesized catalysts, the specific surface area is generally very low.
