以氯化工艺制备的钛白粉粗品为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法对钛白粉表面进行包覆水合二氧化硅的改性实验,以耐候性指标进行最佳工艺条件研究.研究结果:最佳工艺条件,老化时间 180 min、pH值为 10、温度90℃、搅拌转速 200 r/min.ETM及颜料性能表征测试表明:最佳工艺条件下水合二氧化硅纳米薄膜能有效提高钛白粉耐候性能并改善颜料的相关性能.
Preparation Process and Performance Study of Dense Hydrated Silica Coated on the Surface of Titanium Dioxide
With the raw titanium dioxide prepared by chlorination process as raw material,the surface of titanium dioxide was coated with hydrated silica by sol-gel method,and the optimal process conditions were studied based on the weather resistance index.Research results the optimal process conditions include an aging time of 180 minutes,pH value of 10,temperature of 90℃,and stirring speed of 200 r/min.ETM and pigment performance characterization tests show that under the optimal process conditions,hydrated silica nanofilms can effectively improve the weather resistance of titanium dioxide powder and improve the related properties of pigments.
