MMA用量对ABS树脂耐候性能的影响研究

针对耐候丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂制备过程中的甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)用量问题,在不同质量分数下探究了MMA用量对ABS树脂耐候性能的影响差异,从红外光谱分析、色差分析、力学性能与耐热性能等角度进行考察.结果发现,在ABS树脂制备中加入MMA可以有效提升其耐候性能,且当质量分数为 30%时,ABS树脂耐候性能达到最佳状态.
Research on the Effect of MMA Dosage on the Weathering Resistance of ABS Resin
In response to the issue of methyl methacrylate(MMA)dosage in the preparation process of weather resistant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)resin,the influence of MMA dosage on the weather resistance of ABS resin was investigated at different mass fractions.The differences were investigated from the perspectives of infrared spectroscopy,color difference analysis,mechanical properties,and heat resistance.It was found that adding MMA to the preparation of ABS resin can effectively improve its weather resistance,and when the mass fraction is 30%,the weather resistance of ABS resin reaches its optimal state.
