选择碳钢作为测试基材,利用一种简单、无氟、低成本工艺制得超疏水性聚二甲基硅氧烷PDMS涂层.对PDMS涂层进行聚四氟乙烯PTFE改性处理形成超疏水表面,并通过实验测试的手段对其进行微观组织和自清洁分析.研究结果表明:PDMS涂层经PTFE改性处理后的表面变得更加粗糙,许多微米级颗粒在表面形成了均匀覆盖状态.超疏水涂层形成了PTFE烷基的衍射峰,生成了聚四氟乙烯盐.碳钢超疏水表面具备高效自清洁能力,其分层结构能够保留空气,隔绝了污染物接触,抑制水滴在表面发生扩散.
Preparation and Characterization of PTFE Modified Superhydrophobic PDMS Coating for Architectural Decoration
Superhydrophobic polydimethylsiloxane PDMS coating was prepared by a simple,fluorine-free and low-cost process using carbon steel as test material.The superhydrophobic surface of PDMS coating was modified by polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE,and its microstructure and self-cleaning were analyzed by means of experimental test.The results show that the surface of PDMS coating becomes more rough after PTFE modification,and many micron particles form a uniform covering state on the surface.The superhydrophobic coating formed a diffraction peak of the PTFE alkyl group and produced a polytetrafluoroethylene salt.The superhydrophobic surface of carbon steel is highly efficient and self-cleaning,and its layered structure can retain air,cut off contact with pollutants,and inhibit the spread of water droplets on the surface.
