离子阱质谱法测定食品中α2-受体激动剂残留量

目的:建立测定动物源性食品中10 种α2-受体激动剂的超高效液相-三重四级杆/线性离子阱复合质谱法.方法:试样用碳酸钠缓冲溶液、乙酸乙酯提取,经固相萃取、超高效液相色谱分离后进行质谱检测.结果:10 种α2-受体激动剂均在1~100 ng/mL的质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率均大于 69%,相对标准偏差均小于8.32%,该方法对10 种α2-受体激动剂的最低检出限达到 1 μg/kg.结论:该方法具有较好的选择性,较强的抗干扰能力,可以满足动物源性食品中 10种α2-受体激动剂残留量的测定.
Determination of α2-receptor Agonist Residues in Food by Ion Trap Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole/linear ion trap composite mass spectrometry method for the determination of 10 α2-receptor agonists in animal derived foods.Method:The sample was extracted with sodium carbonate buffer solution and ethyl acetate,and then separated by solid-phase extraction and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography for mass spectrometry detection.Result:The 10 α2-receptor agonists showed a good linear relationship within the mass concentration range of 1~100 ng/mL,with an average recovery rate of over 69%and a relative standard deviation of less than 8.32%.The minimum detection limit of this method for the 10 α2-receptor agonists reached 1 μ g/kg.Conclusion:This method has good selectivity and strong anti-interference ability,and can meet the determination of residual levels of 10 α2-receptor agonists in animal derived foods.
