Determination of α2-receptor Agonist Residues in Food by Ion Trap Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole/linear ion trap composite mass spectrometry method for the determination of 10 α2-receptor agonists in animal derived foods.Method:The sample was extracted with sodium carbonate buffer solution and ethyl acetate, and then separated by solid-phase extraction and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography for mass spectrometry detection.Result:The 10 α2-receptor agonists showed a good linear relationship within the mass concentration range of 1~100 ng/mL,with an average recovery rate of over 69%and a relative standard deviation of less than 8.32%.The minimum detection limit of this method for the 10 α2-receptor agonists reached 1 μ g/kg.Conclusion:This method has good selectivity and strong anti-interference ability, and can meet the determination of residual levels of 10 α2-receptor agonists in animal derived foods.
