Determination of 9 Heavy Metal Elements in Soil by Graphite Digestion-Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Mass Spectrometry
In this paper,a method for the determination of nine heavy metals in soil by inductively coupled plasma emission mass spectrometry with nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid-reverse aqua regia digestion was established. The actual samples numbered ST230006,ST230007 and ST230008 and the standard substance of GBW07981(GSS-39)were selected for determination, and the linearity, range, precision and accuracy of the analysis method were studied. The results show that there is a good linear relationship between the mass concentrations of nine soil heavy metal elements determined in this paper and the signal response values of corresponding elements corrected by internal standard, and the correlation coefficient is≥0.999.The detection limit of the method is 0.01~1.74 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation of precision test is 0.11%~2.38%,and the relative error of standard substance analysis is-0.79%~1.96%.From the above, this method has low detection limit and high precision, and is suitable for the determination of various heavy metal elements in soil.
