Validation Analysis of Detection Methods for Compound Antioxidants
Composite antioxidants are the mainstream products in the current domestic and international antioxidant markets.Organize 13 domestic backbone production enterprises of compound antioxidants to conduct experimental verification on 16 common compound antioxidants in the market according to the proposed detection methods of heating reduction,bulk density,antioxidant content,and transmittance.Taking the three most representative compound antioxidants as examples,the validation results were evaluated using z-ratio scores.The results showed that the satisfaction of the test results of the 4 test items was above 90%,indicating that the detection methods were scientific and feasible,and could be included in the industry standard of the detection method of compound antioxidant.
