建立一种同时测定F-、Cl-、NO3-、NO2-、PO43-、SO42-、Br-7种阴离子含量的离子色谱检测方法.以3.6 mmol/L Na2CO3 溶液为淋洗液,流速为 0.8 mL/min条件下,约 30 min内实现所有离子分离.方法检出限 0.006~0.047 mg/L,精密度均小于 4.60%,样品回收率91.4%~101.2%.利用建立的方法,对地下水样品的阴离子含量进行了分析,并与常规分析方法的测定结果比对,方法准确可靠.该方法操作简便快速,精密度和灵敏度高,且试剂无毒无害,可满足国家地下水监测标准的要求.
Determination of Common Anions in Groundwater by Ion Chromatography
Establish an ion chromatography detection method for simultaneous determination of F-,Cl-,NO3-,NO2-,PO43-,SO42-,and Br-anions.Under the condition of using a 3.6 mmol/L Na2CO3 solution as the eluent and a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min,all ions can be separated within approximately 30 minutes.The detection limit of the method is 0.006~0.047 mg/L,the precision is all less than 4.60%,and the sample recovery rate is 91.4%~101.2%.The anion content of groundwater samples was analyzed using the established method,and the results were compared with those of conventional analysis methods.The method is accurate and reliable.This method is easy and fast to operate,with high precision and sensitivity,and the reagent is non-toxic and harmless,which can meet the requirements of national groundwater monitoring standards.
