Determination of Common Anions in Groundwater by Ion Chromatography
Establish an ion chromatography detection method for simultaneous determination of F-,Cl-,NO3-,NO2-,PO43-,SO42-,and Br-anions.Under the condition of using a 3.6 mmol/L Na2CO3 solution as the eluent and a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min,all ions can be separated within approximately 30 minutes. The detection limit of the method is 0.006~0.047 mg/L,the precision is all less than 4.60%,and the sample recovery rate is 91.4%~101.2%.The anion content of groundwater samples was analyzed using the established method, and the results were compared with those of conventional analysis methods. The method is accurate and reliable. This method is easy and fast to operate, with high precision and sensitivity, and the reagent is non-toxic and harmless, which can meet the requirements of national groundwater monitoring standards.
