针对行业内气化炉灰渣综合利用存在的问题现状,通过对灰渣进行研究,采用离心机+煤泥回用、灰渣筛分洗选和固废制砖工艺,对航天炉气化灰渣进行分级利用,在降低能源消耗的同时,实现了灰渣的资源化利用,可为同类企业绿色低碳转型提供参考.
Classification and Utilization of Gasification Ash Residue
In response to the problems and current situation of comprehensive utilization of gasification furnace ash in the industry,this paper conducts research on ash and uses centrifuges+coal slurry recycling,ash screening and washing,and solid waste brick making processes to classify and utilize space furnace gasification ash.While reducing energy consumption,the resource utilization of ash is achieved,which can provide reference for the green and low-carbon transformation of similar enterprises.
