Research on the Release Mechanism of Chloride Ions During the Evaporation Process of Hot Flue Gas from Desulfurization Wastewater
The gasification characteristics of desulfurization wastewater and the migration and transformation of volatile components during the process are the key to achieving zero discharge. However, current understanding of it is only at the macro level and lacks corresponding quantitative research. This study explores the evaporation process and process conditions of desulfurization wastewater droplets, the characteristics of desulfurization wastewater, the mechanism of chloride ion release, and influencing factors. The research aims to reveal the release law of chloride ions during the evaporation process of desulfurization wastewater hot flue gas,in order to provide theoretical and data support for the promotion and application of desulfurization wastewater hot flue gas evaporation technology and the suppression of secondary pollution. This study utilized simulation experiments to explore the mechanism of chlorine release.Meanwhile, the influence of factors such as temperature and pH on the release performance of chloride ions was also discussed.Research has found that the release of chloride ions exhibits a certain stage. When the temperature rises, the ionization of water and the hydrolysis of chlorides will accelerate the precipitation of chlorine. The higher the pH value, the more inhibitory it has on the production of HCl.
