动力煤原煤细粒深度筛分工艺改进研究

为解决当前动力煤原煤细粒深度筛分误差大和效率低等问题,研究对动力煤原煤细粒深度筛分工艺进行了改进,并对其有效性进行了检验.结果显示,在该改进工艺下,动力煤原煤细粒深度筛分错配物含量最低为 3.5%,筛分效率约为 83%.这表明该方法改善了传统筛分工艺的不足,在减少筛分错配物含量的同时,提高了筛分效率,有利于推动选煤生产技术发展,满足市场煤炭消费需求.
Study on the Improvement of Fine Deep Screening Process for Steam Coal Raw Coal
In order to solve the problems of large error and low efficiency of deep fine screening of steam coal raw coal,the deep fine screening process of steam coal raw coal has been improved,and its effectiveness has been tested.The results show that under the improved process,the content of fine and deep screening mismatches of steam coal raw coal is at least 3.5%,and the screening efficiency is about 83%.This shows that this method improves the shortcomings of the traditional screening process,reduces the content of screening mismatches,and improves the screening efficiency,which is conducive to promoting the development of coal preparation production technology and meeting the market demand for coal consumption.
