Analysis on the Application of Excess Pressure of Backwater in Circulating Water System of Chemical Production Enterprises
The circulating water system is the most important public engineering system in chemical enterprises.A fan is installed at the top of the cooling tower to accelerate cooling and ensure the temperature of the circulating water.It is driven by an electric motor,which consumes a lot of energy and incurs high maintenance costs for the fan motor and reducer.Based on this,research and analysis are carried out from the direction of high energy consumption and unused return water pressure of electric driven fans in the circulating water system.Water turbines are introduced,and a renovation plan is formulated through data calculation.The remaining pressure of 14.4 meters of circulating water is used to drive the water turbine to drive the operation of the fan,reduce electricity consumption,and achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction in the circulating water system.
