Research on Extraction and Dephenolization Based on Process Simulation
The treatment and treatment of coal chemical wastewater has become an urgent problem in today's society.Process simulation is a method of studying and optimizing industrial processes in a computer simulation environment, which has high flexibility and controllability. The experiment used SBAC to extract and remove phenols from coal chemical wastewater based on process simulation. The results showed that SBAC had a significantly better extraction effect on total phenols, and as the ratio decreased, the extraction rate advantage of SBAC would become more obvious. After 6 stages of extraction, the extraction rate of phenol from the pyrolysis wastewater unit reached 96.3%,and the extraction rate of phenol from the gasification wastewater unit was 93.7%.Through this study, new theoretical foundations and practical guidance will be provided for the treatment and utilization of coal chemical wastewater.
