硫酸法生产钛白粉是一种重要的工业过程,其煅烧尾气含有大量的热量,如果能够有效利用这些余热,不仅可以节能降耗,还可以减少环境污染.本文对硫酸法生产钛白粉过程中煅烧尾气余热的特点、现状以及余热利用的设备和技术进行了分析,针对性设计了一种新型的套管式热管换热器装置,实践应用结果表明该装置具有较好的经济效益.
Research on the Reuse of Waste Heat from Tail Gas in the Production of Titanium Dioxide by Sulfuric Acid Method
The sulfuric acid method for producing titanium dioxide is an important industrial process,and its calcination tail gas contains a large amount of heat.If this waste heat can be effectively utilized,it can not only save energy and reduce consumption,but also reduce environmental pollution.This article analyzes the characteristics,current situation,and equipment and technology for utilizing the waste heat from calcination tail gas in the production of titanium dioxide using sulfuric acid method.A new type of sleeve type heat pipe heat exchanger device is designed specifically,and the practical application results show that the device has good economic benefits.
