摘要
钢丝绳使用早期绳面出现锈蚀与使用工况、作业环境及油脂性能有关,本文分析了钢丝绳绳面锈蚀产生的原因,讨论了其与油脂的抗氧化性及黏附性之间的关系,指出钢丝绳油脂的选用应充分考虑使用环境及作业工况,防止钢丝绳锈蚀的措施是选用抗氧化性能好和黏附性能优的油脂,其滴点不得小于 80℃.
Abstract
The corrosion of wire rope surface in the early stage of use is related to the working conditions,working environment and grease performance.This paper analyzes the causes of corrosion of wire rope surface,discusses the relationship between it and the oxidation resistance and adhesion of grease,and points out that the selection of wire rope grease should fully consider the working environment and working conditions.The measure to prevent the corrosion of wire rope is to select grease with good oxidation resistance and excellent adhesion performance,and its dropping point should not be less than 80℃.
