Preparation and Thermal Properties Analysis of GF Reinforced PA66/MXD6 Composites
The processing properties of polyadipyl-m-benzodimethylamine(MXD6)and polyadipyl-hexamethylenediamine(PA66)were significantly improved by the composite method. The effects of different proportions of MXD6 and PA66 on the properties of the composite were studied. The results show that the melting point of each sample can be reduced when the functional resin is added to the composite, which is more conducive to the processing and molding. At the same time, the crystallization temperature is increased, which makes the composite easier to crystallize. When the functional resin is added to the sample, its degradation temperature can be significantly reduced, which affects the thermal stability of the composite. This study is helpful to improve the preparation of polyadipyl material and lay a theoretical foundation for the advantages of subsequent process parameters.
