Research on Response Strategies for Oxygen Corrosion in Wastewater Treatment Processes of Thermal Power Plants
In the wastewater treatment process of thermal power plants, especially in the aeration tank and filter treatment process, oxygen corrosion problems are prone to occur, leading to equipment damage and reduced efficiency.Based on this, the oxygen corrosion problem in the wastewater treatment process of thermal power plants is studied, and the dosage of corrosion and scale inhibitors is explored to improve the treatment efficiency and service life of the wastewater treatment system. This paper analyzed the preparation process of copolymer corrosion and scale inhibitors, and conducted performance testing experiments to verify their corrosion and scale inhibition effects. The results showed that the corrosion and scale inhibitor formula exhibited good corrosion and scale inhibition performance under experimental conditions, and the results of the rotary hanging method experiment and the calcium carbonate deposition method experiment both met the standard requirements.
