摘要
本专利涉及一种煤制油减压塔顶冷凝油处理装置及工艺,油水分离罐的进口与减压塔顶部的气液相出口连通,油水分离罐的油相出口可切换至与重污油外送管线或合格柴油外送管线.有益效果是塔顶油品为合格油品时可以及时回收减压塔顶的合格油,从而有效的进行节能止损及提高油品回收率.
Abstract
This patent relates to a coal to oil vacuum tower top condensate oil treatment device and process.The inlet of the oil-water separation tank is connected to the gas-liquid phase outlet at the top of the vacuum tower,and the oil phase outlet of the oil-water separation tank can be switched to the heavy-duty oil export pipeline or the qualified diesel export pipeline.The beneficial effect is that when the oil at the top of the tower is qualified,the qualified oil at the top of the vacuum tower can be recovered in a timely manner,thereby effectively saving energy,stopping losses,and improving the oil recovery rate.
