摘要
简述磺化装置工艺流程,介绍了磺化装置的PLC控制方案,重点对干燥系统、熔硫槽加热系统、磺化反应器的应急系统三个关键环节做了关于电气及自控的详细说明.研究表明:建立的磺化装置控制方案可以有效避免生产事故,保障从业人员生命和设备财产的安全.
Abstract
This article briefly describes the process flow of the sulfonation unit,introduces the PLC control scheme of the sulfonation unit,and focuses on the electrical and automatic control of the three key links:drying system,sulfur melting tank heating system,and emergency system of the sulfonation reactor.Research has shown that the established sulfonation device control scheme can effectively avoid production accidents and ensure the safety of the lives of employees and equipment property.
