一种微膨胀封堵技术在渤海油田某井的应用

油气井生产套管外固井质量差,射孔后存在油气水层互窜干扰以及油气上窜至井口套管头的风险,一般采用取套、二次固井对固井质量差井段进行处理,该方案施工周期长、成本较高.基于此,介绍了一种微膨胀LTSD封堵技术,在射孔段上、下打隔板,对固井质量差井段进行高强度封堵,在渤海油田某井补孔中首次成功应用,保障了补孔作业的顺利实施,为固井质量较差井段治理提供了一种低成本解决方案与思路.
Application of a Micro Expansion Sealing Technology in a Well in Bohai Oilfield
The quality of cementing outside the production casing of oil and gas wells is poor,and there is interference between oil,gas,and water layers after perforation,as well as the risk of oil and gas flowing up to the wellhead casing head.Generally,casing removal and secondary cementing are used to treat the poor cementing quality well section,which has a long construction period and high cost.Based on this,a micro expansion LTSD sealing technology is introduced,which uses partition boards on the top and bottom of the perforation section to perform high-strength sealing on sections with poor cementing quality.It has been successfully applied for the first time in a well in Bohai Oilfield,ensuring the smooth implementation of drilling operations and providing a low-cost solution and idea for the treatment of sections with poor cementing quality.
