摘要
河南龙宇煤化工有限公司煤气化煤粉输送工艺存在V1204 笛管损坏、V1204 泄压管线损坏、煤粉泄露及自燃、阀门启闭、下料不畅等问题.经过对问题的分析研究,得出新增S1204 过滤器的改造办法并实施.实践效果表明,经过改造解决了高压CO2 中的油含量降低和12 单元下料难的问题,保证了装置高负荷安全稳定运行.
Abstract
There are problems in the coal gasification and coal powder conveying process of Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,such as damage to the V1204 whistle pipe,damage to the V1204 pressure relief pipeline,coal powder leakage and spontaneous combustion,valve opening and closing,and poor feeding.After analyzing and studying the problem,a modification method for adding a S1204 filter was proposed and implemented.The practical results show that the problem of reduced oil content in high-pressure CO2 and difficulty in feeding 12 units has been solved through transformation,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the device under high load.
