综合防灭火技术在切顶卸压留巷工作面开采中的应用

针对 62711 综采工作面采用切顶卸压留巷技术期间面临漏风严重、采空区遗煤自燃发火风险高等问题,结合现场条件提出以减少漏风、快速惰化采空区为核心的防灭火技术,并进行工程应用.采面回采时通过束管监测系统可实现采空区内气体成分实时监测,实现遗煤自燃发火预警;喷洒阻化剂及注氮等均可减少遗煤与氧气接触,从而减缓甚至抑制遗煤自燃氧化进程;留巷段采空区帮喷射聚氨酯封堵可减少采空区内漏风量;当采面或采空区出现自燃发火标志性气体时,通过向采空区灌注凝胶覆盖潜在的自燃氧化区域,及时阻化氧化进程.现场应用后,62711综采工作面得以安全高效回采,采面各位置、采空区等均未监测到自燃发火标志性气体,现场取得较好防灭火效果.
Application of Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology in the Mining of the Roof Unloading and Pressure Retaining Roadway Working Face
In response to the serious air leakage and high risk of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf during the use of roof cutting and pressure relief roadway technology in the 62711 fully mechanized mining face,combined with on-site conditions,a fire prevention and extinguishing technology with reducing air leakage and rapid inerting of goaf as the core is proposed and applied in engineering.Real time monitoring of gas composition in the goaf can be achieved through the bundle tube monitoring system during mining face recovery,achieving early warning of spontaneous combustion of residual coal.Spraying inhibitors and injecting nitrogen can reduce the contact between residual coal and oxygen,thereby slowing down or even inhibiting the spontaneous combustion and oxidation process of residual coal.Spraying polyurethane to seal the goaf in the roadway section can reduce the air leakage in the goaf.When there is a sign gas of spontaneous combustion in the mining face or goaf,the potential spontaneous combustion oxidation area can be covered by pouring gel into the goaf to prevent the oxidation process in time.After on-site application,the 62711 fully mechanized mining face was able to safely and efficiently recover,and no self igniting gas was detected in various positions of the mining face or goaf,achieving good fire prevention and extinguishing effects on site.
