针对破碎顶板、高瓦斯、大埋深等复杂情况时的沿空留巷问题,结合某矿工作面实地工况,提出切顶块体充填巷帮成巷技术方案以及围岩稳定控制技术方案,通过对巷道矿压的监测,测量结果显示:切顶块体充填方案有利于无煤柱挖掘方案发展,使区段煤柱的回收更加充分,矿产资源的回收比显著提升,有效解决开采面交替的紧张情况,产生的经济效益约2960 万元.
The Technology and Safe Mining Practice of Cutting Top Block Filling Roadway Side Retaining Roadway
In response to the problem of retaining roadway along the goaf in complex situations such as fractured roof,high gas content,and large burial depth,combined with the actual working conditions of a certain mining face,a technical scheme for cutting top block filling roadway and surrounding rock stability control technology is proposed.Through monitoring the mining pressure of the roadway,the measurement results show that the cutting top block filling scheme is conducive to the development of non pillar mining schemes,making the recovery of coal pillars in the section more sufficient,significantly improving the recovery ratio of mineral resources,effectively solving the tense situation of alternating mining faces,and generating economic benefits of about 296 million yuan.
