针对某矿工作面开采回填开采技术,综合考虑了煤层现场的工况,提出了巷道的布置、支护方案以及回填矸石工艺的具体方案.其中,支护方案采用矸石砌墙与锚索固定相结合的方式,实现了巷道的安全支护,增加了稳定性;回填工艺实现了开采废石的再利用,保证了矸石紧密度在 85%以上,极大的提高了采空区支撑的稳定性;对改进后的成本进行预算,使用充填开采技术能够节约成本近1910 万元,大幅度提高了矿区的经济效益.
Research and Application of Underground Filling Mining Technology in Coal Mines
In response to the backfilling mining technology of a certain mining face,the layout and support scheme of the roadway,as well as the specific scheme of backfilling gangue technology,were proposed based on the comprehensive consideration of the working conditions of the coal seam site.Among them,the support scheme adopts a combination of gangue wall construction and anchor cable fixation,achieving safe support of the tunnel and increasing stability.The backfilling process realizes the reuse of mining waste rock,ensuring that the density of gangue is above 85%,greatly improving the stability of goaf support.Budgeting the improved costs and using backfill mining technology can save nearly 19.1 million yuan in costs,significantly improving the economic benefits of the mining area.
