沿空留巷可减少巷道据掘进工程量、增加采面煤炭资源回收率,对提升矿井经济效益有显著促进意义.1307工作面开采 3#煤层厚度 7m,采用留设煤柱 30m方式护巷,为实现煤炭资源高效开采,提出将柔模混凝土充填留巷技术应用到 1307轨道巷,通过沿空留巷将轨道巷保留下来,并实现 30m保护煤柱资源回收.对轨道巷柔模混凝土充填留巷技术应用方案及效果等进行分析.现场应用后,轨道巷留巷段围岩变形量较小,留巷效果较为显著.
Research on Flexible Formwork Concrete Filling for Retaining Tunnels
Leaving tunnels along the goaf can reduce the amount of excavation work and increase the recovery rate of coal resources in the mining face,which has significant promoting significance for improving the economic benefits of the mine.The 1307 working face is mining the 3#coal seam with a thickness of 7 meters,and a 30 meter coal pillar is used to protect the roadway.In order to achieve efficient mining of coal resources,it is proposed to apply the flexible formwork concrete filling and retaining roadway technology to the 1307 track roadway.By retaining the track roadway along the goaf,the 30 meter protection coal pillar resource recovery is achieved.Analyze the application plan and effect of flexible formwork concrete filling technology for retaining track tunnels.After on-site application,the deformation of the surrounding rock in the reserved section of the track roadway is relatively small,and the effect of retaining the roadway is more significant.
