煤矿工作面瓦斯防治技术研究及应用

针对某矿工作面采空区原采用联巷埋管抽采的瓦斯治理技术,存在瓦斯治理效果差,施工成本大等问题.设计以采用低负压、大流量的大直径钻孔抽采替换原联巷埋管抽采技术,首先通过分源预测法计算得到下邻近层的瓦斯涌出量最大,属于重点治理范畴;并通过钻孔和上隅角瓦斯浓度变化规律,确定大直径钻孔孔径 650 mm,间距30m时,能够实现对瓦斯的有效治理.
Research and Application of Gas Prevention and Control Technology in Coal Mine Working Face
In response to the gas control technology used in the goaf of a certain mining face,which used to be connected tunnels and buried pipes for gas extraction,there are problems such as poor gas control effect and high construction cost.Design to replace the original buried pipe extraction technology with low negative pressure and large flow rate large-diameter drilling for extraction.Firstly,calculate the maximum gas emission in the adjacent layer through the source separation prediction method,which belongs to the key control category.And by analyzing the variation law of gas concentration in drilling and upper corner,it is determined that effective gas control can be achieved when the large diameter drilling hole diameter is 650 mm and the spacing is 30 m.
