Exploration of Safety Production Risk Management Pathways for Hazardous Chemical Production Enterprises
The sulfur recovery unit of a petrochemical enterprise contains flammable and explosive gases as well as toxic gases. In order to improve the level of safety risk control, the research process analyzed the hazards of the sulfur recovery process, introduced the potential risks of reaction gases and the corrosiveness of the reaction process, and conducted a major hazard level evaluation.Conduct safety risk assessment using HAZOP analysis method and develop corresponding safety measures based on the evaluation results. The results show that the main risk points of the device are the presence of liquid methanol in the reaction acidic gas, mild corrosion of the equipment, and poor ratio of acidic gas to air volume.Corresponding measures have been proposed to address these issues, including adding buffer tanks and controlling the internal temperature of the acidic gas separation tank.
