Research of VESP Vibration Film to Extract Ammonia Nitrogen from Coal Chemical Wastewater with High Salt Content
Ammonia and nitrogen compounds in high salinity wastewater from coal chemical enterprises have always been a difficult problem in wastewater treatment. There are many problems in the traditional methods of blowing off, precipitation and microbial treatment, which cannot be completely treated.VESP vibration membrane technology is widely used in the coal chemical separation of mineral oil, wastewater treatment and other aspects of the treatment technology, its advantages are high treatment capacity, high membrane flux, small footprint, low energy consumption. The high salinity wastewater from a coal chemical enterprise was selected as the research object to explore the possibility of VESP vibration membrane as a treatment method for ammonia nitrogen compounds. The removal effect of VESP vibration film on ammonia nitrogen pollutants in wastewater was studied. The experiment shows that ammonia nitrogen extraction is best when the pH value is about 7.5,the temperature is 20℃,the vibration frequency and the pressure of the device are 30 Hz and 2500 kPa.Detailed data are provided for future experiments and actual production.
