污水中痕量磷快速处理技术研究

为了解决目前单一除磷药剂除磷效率低、工艺流程复杂、成本高的不足,提出了一种复配除磷药剂,对不同除磷药剂复配方案进行了实验验证.结果表明,采用 10 g/L的硫酸亚铁和 8 g/L的PFS溶液按 3∶1 的体积比进行复配,反应时按 2mL的量投加、混凝转速设置为 190 r/min、混凝时间设置为 60 s,絮凝时间设置为 15 min、沉淀时间设置为 30 min时的总磷去除率为 99.61%,比传统单一除磷药剂除磷率提升了 0.71%,而且处理后的水体为中性,无需进一步处理,显著提升了除磷率和除磷经济性.
Research on Rapid Treatment Technology for Trace Phosphorus in Wastewater
In order to address the shortcomings of low phosphorus removal efficiency,complex process flow,and high cost of a single phosphorus removal agent,a compound phosphorus removal agent was proposed,and experimental verification was conducted on different compound phosphorus removal agent schemes.The results showed that the total phosphorus removal rate was 99.61%when 10 g/L ferrous sulfate and 8 g/L PFS solution were mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio,with a dosage of 2 mL during the reaction,a coagulation speed of 190 r/min,a coagulation time of 60 s,a coagulation time of 15 min,and a sedimentation time of 30 min,which increased the phosphorus removal rate by 0.71%compared to traditional single phosphorus removal agents.Moreover,the treated water was neutral and did not require further treatment,significantly improving the phosphorus removal rate and phosphorus removal economy.
