煤炭燃烧排放的二氧化硫和氮氧化物是我国目前最重要的空气污染源.发展新型的烟气处理工艺,仍然是国际上研究的重点.本项目拟以KMnO4 为氧化剂,复合液相NaOH吸收脱硫脱硝,并研究其作用机理,为燃煤烟气中多元污染物协同去除技术的推广应用奠定理论依据与技术支持.结果表明,KMnO4 和NaOH同时脱硫脱硝可以使SO2 的脱除率达到98%左右,NOx的脱除率达到 60%左右,实现了烟气中SO2 和NOx的高脱除率.
Experimental Study on Denitrification and Desulphurization of Flue Gas by Alkaline Solvent Combined with Liquid Phase Oxidant
Sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides from coal burning are the most important sources of air pollution in China.The development of new flue gas treatment processes is still the focus of international research.This project intends to use KMnO4 as oxidant to absorb desulfurization and denitrification by using composite liquid NaOH,and study its mechanism,so as to lay a theoretical basis and technical support for the promotion and application of multi-pollutant collaborative removal technology in coal-fired flue gas.The results show that the desulfurization and denitration of KMnO4 and NaOH can make the removal rate of SO2 reach about 98%and the removal rate of NOx reach about 60%,which realizes the high removal rate of SO2 and NOx in flue gas.
