高矿化度矿井水深度处理技术研究

辛置矿矿井水质中COD、氨氮等含量较高,无法满足排放标准.基于矿井原有的废水处理系统和工艺流程,新增深度处理系统,并采用超滤和折点加氯脱氨技术,可有效去除废水中的悬浮物、细小颗粒物以及金属离子形成的粒径较大的氢氧化物,使水中低浓度的污染物经氧化去除.经过深度处理系统处理后,废水出水达到了排放标准要求,且不需要再经过消毒处理即可直接排放.
Research on Deep Treatment Technology of High Mineralization Mine Water
The high content of COD,ammonia nitrogen,and other pollutants in the water of Xinzhi Mine cannot meet the discharge standards.Based on the existing wastewater treatment system and process flow in the mine,a new advanced treatment system is added,and ultrafiltration and point chlorination deamination technology are adopted to effectively remove suspended solids,small particles,and larger hydroxide particles formed by metal ions in the wastewater,enabling the oxidation removal of low concentration pollutants in the water.After being treated by the advanced treatment system,the wastewater meets the discharge standard requirements and can be discharged directly without the need for disinfection treatment.
