摘要
以上海某工业企业地块为研究对象,根据地块内历史情况,识别疑似污染区.采用专业判断法进行土壤和地下水监测点位布设,通过采样与检测分析,对比国家现行标准分析地块土壤及地下水检测数据,判断该地块无需进行土壤污染状况详细调查和风险评估,可作为第二类用地进入下一步开发利用.
Abstract
Taking an industrial enterprise plot in Shanghai as the research object,suspected pollution areas were identified based on the historical situation within the plot.The professional judgment method is adopted for the layout of soil and groundwater monitoring points.Through sampling and detection analysis,the soil and groundwater detection data of the plot are compared with the current national standards.It is determined that the plot does not require detailed soil pollution investigation and risk assessment,and can be used as a second type of land for further development and utilization.
