Study on the Physicochemical Properties and Decolorization Ability of Acidic Electrolyzed Water
A preliminary comparison was made on the physicochemical data of four strong electrolytes of acidic electrolyzed water, and the effects of temperature, time, and dilution on the physicochemical parameters of NaCl acidic electrolyzed water were investigated. The decolorization performance of acidic electrolyzed water with a concentration of 0.43 mol/LNaC was tested. The results indicate that the physicochemical parameters of acidic electrolyzed water with different electrolytes are positively correlated with their apparent dissociation degree. As the electrolyte concentration, temperature, and concentration change, the pH value, oxidation potential(ORP),and conductivity of NaCl acidic electrolyzed water decrease(σ)Correspondingly, there is a change in residual chlorine content(ACC).Acid electrolyzed water:When the dye solution is 1:1(V:V),the decolorization rate of red, yellow, blue, printed blue, navy blue, and black dyes can reach over 90%after 1 minute.
