摘要
本研究旨在制备一款具有清洁皮肤、舒缓神经的多功能日化用品,且制备的产品比市售产品的泡澡球成本更低.通过加入小苏打、柠檬酸、玉米淀粉、海盐、甘油、表面活性剂等试剂,不断调整配比,优化配方.经过探索,泡澡球制备的最佳质量配比为小苏打 34.863%、柠檬酸 29.053%、玉米淀粉 26.148%、海盐 4.358%、安息香 1.162%、甘油1.395%、蓖麻油 0.174%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 1.453%、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱 0.291%、芳樟醇 0.116%、精油0.261%、食用色素 0.726%(均为质量占比).结果表明,最优配比下的产品感官指标和理化性质符合GB/T 34857-2017 沐浴行业的国家标准.
Abstract
The goal of this study is to create a daily chemical product that serves multiple purposes,including cleaning skin and calming nerves,and the product that is produced is less expensive than the bath bomb found in commercial products.To improve the recipe,reagents such as baking soda,citric acid,corn starch,sea salt,glycerin,and others are added and the ratio is continuously changed.Following investigation,the following mass proportions were found to be the best formula for bath bomb preparation:baking soda 34.863%,citric acid 29.053%,corn starch 26.148%,sea salt 4.358%,benzoin 1.162%,glycerin 1.395%,castor oil 0.174%,aliphatic alcohol ethoxylatel sulfate sodium 1.453%,lauramidopropyl betaine 0.291%,linalool 0.116%,essential oil 0.261%,and food coloring 0.726%.The outcomes demonstrated that the products'physicochemical characteristics and sensory indices under the ideal are in line with the national standard of GB/T 34857-2017 for the bathing industry.
