This study aims to analyze the preparation process of high belite iron aluminate cement and improve its performance.The researchers focused on investigating the effects of natural gypsum content on the setting time,hydration heat release,compressive strength,and expansion rate of iron aluminate cement.The research results indicate that the optimization of clinker calcination conditions has a direct impact on cement quality.This study not only deepens the understanding of the hydration process of high belite iron aluminate cement,but also provides experimental basis for optimizing its preparation process,which has a positive effect on improving the performance of cement and expanding its application fields.
