基于气相色谱法对汽油中苯含量的测定研究

在国Ⅵ质量标准降低汽油中苯的含量,将苯体积分数由≤1%调至≤0.8%后,为保证油品质量,需要做好汽油中苯含量的测定.结合各测定方法的差异性,本文将应用气相色谱仪(双柱串联-反吹系统)对汽油中苯的含量进行分析.为此,对实验仪器、试剂及色谱条件进行概述;基于实验原理分析标准曲线测定、检出限测定、准确度测定、精密度测定等实验过程;最后进行实验结果的讨论,《车用汽油和航空汽油中苯和甲苯含量测定法-气相色谱法》(SH/T 0713-2002)可对汽油中苯含量进行测定.
Research on the Determination of Benzene Content in Gasoline Based on Gas Chromatography
After reducing the benzene content in gasoline according to the National Ⅵ Quality Standard and adjusting the benzene volume fraction from≤1%to≤0.8%,it is necessary to determine the benzene content in gasoline to ensure the quality of the oil product.Based on the differences in various measurement methods,this article will apply gas chromatography(dual column series-blowback system)to analyze the content of benzene in gasoline.To this end,an overview of experimental instruments,reagents,and chromatographic conditions is provided.Based on experimental principles,analyze the experimental processes of standard curve determination,detection limit determination,accuracy determination,precision determination,etc.Finally,the experimental results were discussed,and the Determination of Benzene and Toluene Content in Automotive Gasoline and Aviation Gasoline-Gas Chromatography Method(SH/T 0713-2002)can be used to determine the benzene content in gasoline.
