Comparison of Different Methods for the Detection of Antimony in Soil and Sediment
The antimony content in the soil and sediment were analyzed comparatively by automatic digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)methods and water bath digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)method. The precision and detection limit of different methods were discussed, and the actual samples were determined. The results showed that the certified reference materials were in the required range, with a low detection limit and a high recovery rate. Both methods can meet the needs of daily detection. It provides a reference for the determination of other elements in soil and sediment.
