The Influence of Heating Temperature on the Determination of NMHC by GC
NMHC is one of the important factors to characterize the total emission of volatile organic compounds,so it is of great significance to monitor the accuracy and reliability of its data.In the pretreatment process of measuring the total non-methane hydrocarbons in waste gas from fixed pollution sources by GC,NMHC in waste gas samples were measured after being treated at different heating temperatures, and the influence of heating temperature on the determination results was studied. The results show that when the waste gas from stationary pollution sources contains more high boiling point and water-soluble components, heating the sample before injection is helpful to the recovery of the sample, and the test data is more authentic and representative.Heating the gas to be tested to 160℃can help to improve the accuracy and representativeness of the test sample. The alkane with shorter carbon chain(C2~C4)and the waste gas from fixed pollution source with lower pollutant concentration are detected at different temperatures, which has little influence on the determination results.
