摘要
针对陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工股份有限公司MTBE及丁烯-1 联合装置醚化单元催化剂使用寿命运行现状进行综合分析,确定影响催化剂活性的因素[1],对影响催化剂活性的因素制定进行相应的管控措施,从而延长催化剂的使用寿命,确保装置满负荷长效运行.
Abstract
Based on the comprehensive analysis of the operating status of the catalyst service life of the etherification unit of the MTBE and butene-1 combined units of Yanchang middling coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.in Shaanxi Yanchang,the factors affecting the catalyst activity were determined,and the corresponding control measures were formulated for the factors affecting the catalyst activity,so as to extend the service life of the catalyst and ensure the long-term operation of the unit at full load.
