受阻胺光稳定剂用途广泛,市场需求旺盛.光稳定剂 622、770 和944 作为市场上产业化程度最高、应用最广泛的三种受阻胺光稳定剂,其相应的三项行业标准于 2022年 9月发布、2023年 4月实施.本文重点对三项标准中产品外观、加热减量、灰分、熔点、透光率、纯度等理化性能技术要求进行对比解读.三项行业标准的制定对保障产品质量、引导行业有序竞争和良性发展具有积极作用.
Abstract
Hindered amine light stabilizers have a wide range of uses and strong market demand.Light stabilizers 622,770,and 944 were the three most industrialized and widely used hindered amine light stabilizers in the market,and their industry standards were released in September 2022 and implemented in April 2023.This article focused on comparing and interpreting the physical and chemical performance indicators in the three standards,such as product appearance,heating reduction,ash content,melting point,transmittance,purity,etc.The formulation of three industry standards plays a positive role in ensuring product quality,guiding orderly competition and healthy development in the industry.
