耐应力腐蚀材料在锅炉压力容器检验中的设计与应用分析

摘要
锅炉压力容器检验过程中会因检验带来应力腐蚀问题,在锅炉压力容器中增加应力腐蚀材料的设计,可以避免因检验前后残留的试剂以及其他残留物质对锅炉压力容器造成损耗.采取X射线对加装耐应力腐蚀材料的锅炉压力容器进行检测,能够更加准确地了解裂纹的具体情况.对加装耐应力腐蚀材料的压力容器进行测验,结果表明:耐应力腐蚀材料可以有效延长锅炉寿命,节省锅炉检验费用 12800 元/台、更换压力容器的费用 8.5 万元/台.
Abstract
During the inspection process of boiler pressure vessels,stress corrosion problems may arise due to inspection.Adding stress corrosion materials to the design of boiler pressure vessels can avoid damage caused by residual reagents and other substances before and after inspection.Using X-ray to inspect boiler pressure vessels equipped with stress corrosion resistant materials can provide a more accurate understanding of the specific situation of cracks.A test was conducted on pressure vessels equipped with stress corrosion resistant materials,and the results showed that stress corrosion resistant materials can effectively extend the service life of boilers,save boiler inspection costs of 12 800 yuan/unit,and replace pressure vessels with 85 000 yuan/unit.
