煤矿底板突水的影响因素及防治技术研究

摘要
煤矿采煤过程中,突水现象时有发生,严重危害了煤矿企业的安全生产.以山西省平口煤矿为例,结合现场钻孔观测数据和经验公式计算了煤层底板导水破坏带高度,对地层压力、地质构造、开采参数及含水层压力等是影响煤矿底板突水的主要因素进行了分析,采用了煤层底板注浆和采煤方式优化等技术措施提高含水层采煤的安全性,有效降低了平口煤矿底板突水的可能性.
Abstract
During the coal mining process,water inrush occurs from time to time,which seriously endangers the safety production of coal mining enterprises.Taking Pingkou Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as an example,the height of the water conducting failure zone of the coal seam floor was calculated based on on-site drilling observation data and empirical formulas.The main factors affecting water inrush from the coal seam floor,such as formation pressure,geological structure,mining parameters,and aquifer pressure,were analyzed.Technical measures such as coal seam floor grouting and coal mining method optimization were adopted to improve the safety of aquifer coal mining and effectively reduce the possibility of water inrush from the coal seam floor.
