三软低透气煤层瓦斯高效抽采技术研究

松软低透气性煤层由于煤层透气性差、钻孔成孔困难以及抽采衰减快,瓦斯治理难度较高.增加煤层透气性是实现瓦斯高效治理的关键,为此将水力冲孔技术应用到 5205 综采工作面瓦斯治理中,并通过改进钻孔封孔工艺提高封孔质量,避免出现漏气情况.在 5205 底抽巷实施完成水力冲孔后,瓦斯抽采浓度及抽采纯量等均明显增加,均值分别达到 32%~51%、0.014~0.035 m3/min,相对于同区域其他未冲孔钻孔而言,瓦斯抽采浓度及纯量分别提升约2.13~3.4倍、20~125.7 倍;煤层透气性系数也从 0.004 4 m2/(MPa2·d)增加至 0.276 m2/(MPa2·d),增加约 62.73 倍.在5205 综采工作面采用的瓦斯抽采技术效果显著,可显著缩短采面瓦斯治理时间.
Research on Efficient Extraction Technology of Three Soft and Low Breathable Coalbed Gas
Soft and low-permeability coal seams are difficult to control due to their poor permeability,difficulty in drilling holes,and rapid decline in extraction.Increasing the permeability of coal seams is the key to achieving efficient gas control.Therefore,hydraulic punching technology is applied to gas control in the 5205 fully mechanized mining face,and the sealing quality is improved by improving the drilling and sealing process to avoid gas leakage.After the completion of hydraulic punching in the 5205 bottom extraction roadway,the gas extraction concentration and extraction purity increased significantly,with an average of 32%~51%and 0.014~0.035 m3/min,respectively.Compared with other unperforated boreholes in the same area,the gas extraction concentration and purity increased by about 2.13~3.4 times and 20~125.7 times,respectively.The permeability coefficient of coal seams also increased from 0.004 m2/(MPa2·d)to 0.276 m2/(MPa2·d),an increase of approximately 62.73 times.The gas extraction technology adopted in the 5205 fully mechanized mining face has achieved significant results,which can significantly shorten the gas treatment time of the mining face.
