针对放顶煤开采顶煤采出率不高的问题,进行顶煤采出率影响因素及机理分析,按照某矿实际地质条件构建实验模型对不同要素组合下顶煤采出率进行研究,确定 1:1 最佳采放比、一刀一放合理放煤步距和顺序放煤最佳放煤方式,通过放顶煤开采工艺的实际实施效果显示,顶煤采出率达到 91.4%,完全满足开采需求.
Research and Application of Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Technology
In response to the problem of low top coal extraction rate in top coal caving mining,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and mechanisms of top coal extraction rate.Based on the actual geological conditions of a certain mine,an experimental model is constructed to study the top coal extraction rate under different element combinations.The optimal mining ratio of 1:1,reasonable coal extraction step spacing and sequential coal extraction method are determined.The actual implementation effect of top coal caving mining technology shows that the top coal extraction rate reaches 91.4%,fully meeting the mining needs.
