巷道无煤柱开采数值模拟及实验分析

针对某煤矿煤炭资源回收率低、资源浪费严重的问题,在4303工作面上使用无煤柱开采技术,运用FLAC 3D软件对工作面压力显现建立数值模拟,并进行受力分析与现场实测.结果表明:使用无煤柱开采技术切顶沿空留巷后,顶底板下沉量基本稳定在70 mm左右,巷道开拓量减少,资源回收率上升,增加矿井开采寿命.
Numerical Simulation and Experimental Analysis of Coal Pillar Free Mining in Tunnels
In response to the problems of low coal resource recovery rate and serious resource waste in a certain coal mine,the coal pillar free mining technology was used on the 4303 working face.FLAC3D software was used to establish numerical simulation of the pressure manifestation on the working face,and force analysis and on-site measurement were carried out.The results show that after using the coal pillar free mining technology to cut the roof and leave the roadway,the subsidence of the roof and floor is basically stable at around 70 mm,the development of the roadway is reduced,the resource recovery rate is increased,and the mining life of the mine is increased.
