污泥自热高温好氧消化工艺参数检测研究

污泥自热高温好氧消化技术是实现污泥可资源化利用的一种污泥处理方法.本文检测了不同进泥浓度、搅拌速度、曝气量和污泥停留时间条件下污泥中挥发性有机物指标的变化,得到最佳工艺条件是:进泥含固率为6%~7.5%(挥发性有机物质量浓度为 44~56.5 g/L)、搅拌速度为150 r/min、曝气量为 0.2 m3/h和污泥停留时间为 6~8 d时,污泥挥发性有机物降解率达 50%~55%.对在最佳工艺条件下消化后的污泥病原菌也进行了检测,结果表明,消化出泥的病原菌达到了"未检出"的水平.出泥可作为A级生物固体利用.为污泥的资源化利用提供参考.
Research on Parameter Detection of Sludge Self Heating High-temperature Aerobic Digestion Process
The self heating high-temperature aerobic digestion technology of sludge is a sludge treatment method that achieves the resource utilization of sludge.This paper examined the changes in volatile organic compound indicators of sludge under different conditions of sludge concentration,stirring speed,aeration rate,and sludge retention time.The optimal process conditions were found:sludge solid content was 6%~7.5%(concentration of volatile organic compound was 44~56.5 g/L),stirring speed was 150 r/min,aeration rate was 0.2 m3/h,and sludge retention time was 6~8 d.The degradation rate of sludge volatile organic compound reached 50%~55%.The pathogenic bacteria in the digested sludge under optimal process conditions were also tested,and the results showed that the pathogenic bacteria in the digested sludge reached an undetected level.Mud can be used as A-grade biological solid for utilization.It provides reference for the resource utilization of sludge.
