研究了水性聚酯纺织浆料生产废气挥发治理技术优化与应用.通过试验对比不同工艺单元的处理效率,选择了水喷淋、干式过滤、活性炭吸脱附和催化燃烧装置等多种治理技术,并通过优化组合方案,达到了较好的治理效果.同时,本文也对治理技术的优缺点进行了分析和评价,为类似企业废气治理提供参考.
Optimization and Application Research on the Treatment Technology of Waste Gas Volatilization in the Production of Waterborne Polyester Textile Pulp
The optimization and application of waste gas volatilization control technology in the production of waterborne polyester textile pulp were studied.By comparing the treatment efficiency of different process units through experiments,various treatment technologies such as water spray,dry filtration,activated carbon adsorption and desorption,and catalytic combustion devices were selected.By optimizing the combination scheme,good treatment effects were achieved.At the same time,this article also analyzes and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of treatment technologies,providing reference for similar enterprises'waste gas treatment.
