Wastewater Treatment Technology for Coal Chemical Industry Based on Different Scheme Comparisons
The treatment of coal chemical wastewater faces dual challenges of cost and environmental impact, especially for the treatment of high concentration sodium chloride wastewater. In response to this issue,a technical solution combining suspension freeze concentration and low-temperature dissolution crystallization was adopted in the study, aiming to improve the recovery rate of sodium chloride. This paper systematically explored the effects of freezing temperature, stirring time, and initial NaCl concentration on NaCl recovery efficiency. The experimental results showed that at a suspension freezing temperature of-10℃,the concentration of the concentrate and the purity of ice crystals achieved the best performance.Under the conditions of stirring time of 60 minutes and NaCl concentration of 25.0%,the recovery rate of NaCl is the highest, reaching 38.68%.This method provides a new approach for the recycling and utilization of inorganic salts in wastewater, and has practical and theoretical impetus for the advancement of coal chemical wastewater treatment technology.
